The main pride of the Belvedere Restaurant is Kasper Kurdahl, who was recognized as the best chef of Belgium at the age of 23.
The Belvedere Restaurant was founded 11 years ago. Its refined decor and interiors feature some avant-garde elements to reflect the spirit of times. Once you're in the Belvedere, you'll find yourself in the atmosphere of the royal luxury. The design of the restaurant combines a subtle play of lights with smooth funky, jazz, and ethnic motifs. The menu of the restaurant includes such delicious dishes as oysters, sturgeons and lobsters.
